The Barossa Podcast Season 2 Episode 8, The Art and Craft of Honey Biscuits with Nicole and Summer Owen

In season 2 episode 8, in a nod to the Christmas season, we visit Nicole and Summer Owen at the Apex Bakery in Tanunda as they ice honey biscuits. We talk about the learning the Art, technique and traditions of honey biscuit icing and discuss the creative collaborations Nicole has facilitated between some of the youngest and some of oldest members of the Barossa community.
